My company operates the business related to trading and manufacturing electric vehicles and auto parts. May I know is there any restrictions that we need to use the same registered address with the real business address?

Panwa: Normally the registered company’s address must be the same with your business/operation address and it also depends on your company’s business objectives. For your company’s case that do the business of trading and manufacturing, your company must have the factory and warehouse thus, you can have 2 options as:

Option 1: You can move your company’s address under the factory’s address
Option 2: You can move the address in your new office and register that as “head office” and for your factory’s address, it can be registered as “branch office” or vice versa.
