Before your firm assisted me to set up a company and registered it in Bangkok even if my company address is in Trat Province. For this time, my company tried to register for change of director and submit the forms at DBD in Bangkok, but they did not accept my application form. Can you explain this situation to me?

Panwa: Please note that for setting up the company, you can register anywhere in Thailand even if your company address is located in different provinces. However, after incorporation and the company register for change any information, the company must register in the DBD area follow the company’s head office location or the province stated on the company’s affidavit.

For registration of amendment, can my company register in Bangkok even if the company address is in another province?
