I understood that after the company is registered, if I would like to add or amend the objectives, the director need to sign the documents and need to register for such change at the government every time. Thus, as I am the sole director and in order for me to save my travel cost, is it possible if I can register all my business objectives in one time, during the company registration process? and does the government requires to do all of the objectives that I registered?

Panwa: Please note that it is possible that you can register all of your business objectives in one time, during the company registration process even if you plan to do some of your businesses immediately (after the company is set-up) or even if you plan to do it later. Moreover, the government does not check if you will do all of your business objectives later or immediately after the company is set-up, which it depends on your company’s decision directly.

Can the company register its business objectives in several items at the first time when registration, even if the company will do some of such businesses later?
