Our company currently has 4 directors and we are willing to add 1 director. So, on the registration forms any director can sign it right?

Panwa: Please note that any documents or application forms related to the company can be signed by the authorized director who is registered in the company’s affidavit issued by the government only. In addition, most companies even if they have many directors, but not all directors will have the authority to sign, thus, you can check the signing condition of the director on your company’s affidavit directly.
