Refer to the previous question related to register company owned 100% by foreigner, do we need to come to sign the application forms in Thailand? And if so, do you have any solution to solve for this issue? due to the COVID-19 situation we cannot go out from our country.
Panwa: Normally all of shareholders and directors must come to sign the documents in Thailand, but for the COVID-19 situation your side can sign in your country which need to do notary public all documents that you have to sign and also personal passport.
