Our company has registered for RD new e-filling (program RD Prep), but we cannot log in to the RD new e-filling system, how to do about this?

Panwa: If you have the problem for use or log in at RD new e-filling system, you can send the user ID and tax ID number to the tax officer for checking via email at efilinghelpdesk@rd.go.th or you can call at 1161.
