Panwa: Our Representative Office in Thailand has been in operation for the past three years. This year, we plan to close the office and would like to know whether we can decide the closing date ourselves.

A: Yes. You may decide and set the closing date of the Representative Office on your own. However, the chosen date must be reflected in the official closure filing submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and other relevant authorities.
