I have the company registered last year. I would like to move my company’s address from Bangkok to Chonburi which I understood that all the process can be done in Bangkok without traveling to Chonburi right?

Panwa: If in case your company is non-VAT registered, all the process for change of company’s address can be done in Bangkok. However, if the company is Vat registered, must register for such change both in Bangkok, at Department of Business Development (DBD) & move out at the Revenue Department (RD) first and also need to register for move in to the new address at the area Revenue Department (RD) at Chonburi too which you do not need- to travel in Chonburi.
