Service Fee:
- Our standard rate is Baht 1,000 per hour based on the number of hours required.
- Certain types of secretarial work may be subject to an additional starting fee depending on the complexity.
- If official translation is needed, we charge Baht 800 per page as an extra fee.

Package SA1 – Most Requested Option (2 Hours)
Our most popular package is SA1, which includes 2 hours of secretarial and assistant services. This package is commonly requested for tasks such as:

Q1: I bought a condominium last year November in Krabi thailand. Until now never get transfer my name now on water and electirc bill as i am owner of cando. Please suggest me how to your company help me transfer my name I’m canadian citizen and planning to retire and live here right now. Please respond me all dacumant you need and cost.Panwa: Let’s you start with our package SA1 (Secretary and Assistant) service first, due to for water bill is comply with Condominium requirements that we can ask and arrange for them then you can bring them all necessary documents. But for the Electric bill is more complicated than because each Provincial Electri Authority (PEA) may have differenct criteria that we will inform you later the possiblity. Anyway our basic fee to change Electric bill is Baht 6,000 plus travelling cost for Baht 4,000. **Remark: Some PEA will not allow if you don’t have your name into the Tabien Ban (House Registration Book). |
Q2:I would like to inquire re applying for a Thailand TIN (Tax ID Number), under the following conditions: US passport (no TH visa), reside in Phuket and ….. , would the application be possible? and if so, how much would the fee be?Panwa: Let you start with the package SA1 for 2 hrs, we will check with the Tax Authority Office and inform you the possiblity if know the number I will inform you the TIN number first and if further need for TIN card then we will propose the scope and fee and also the amount of Baht 1,800 under SA1 will be off-set with final charge.
