The Company plans to register VAT on 30 October 2021, can we claim back VAT on any expenses incurred during 1 to 29 October 2021 ?

Panwa: It cannot claim on such time, you can claim your purchase VAT after the date of VAT register. However, such VAT before register can be recorded as expenses.
