Change electronic juristic information
Change electronic juristic information can be done after company has already registered via online (e-registration) and would like to change the information of company such as director or company name, which need to do for the change by online only. Moreover, for the required documents for change, it depends on the purpose of the company which are the following:
- Username
- Password
- Password of e-filling
- Company affidavit and objectives (update within 6 months)
- Copy of shareholder list (update within 6 months)
- Copy of ID card or passport of the new director with the original signature (in case add new director) which need to identity confirmation to the system first.
- Location map of the company (in case change of the company address)
- Other relevant documents follow the company that would like to change.
