​Our company’s current accountant will resign end of this week and we still  cannot find any new staff to replace her and assist us for tax filing. This means that we may have to submit the said taxes as delayed. Please advise. 

Panwa: Please note that the withholding tax and VAT submission can be done in 2 ways as:

Withholding tax (PND.1,3,53) – if submit by paper (must submit on 1st – 7th of month) and if submit online, RD system (must submit on 1st – 15th of month).

VAT (PP.30) – if submit by paper (must submit on 1st – 15th of month) and if submit online, RD system (must submit on 1st – 23rd of month).
