Do we need to file the financial statements if our company is dormant (no income and no expenses)?

Panwa: Yes. The company is still required to prepare and submit the financial statements to the relevant government authorities, even if there is no income or expense, according to the Accounting Act B.E. 2543 (2000) and the relevant regulations of the Department of Business Development (DBD).
