The company will buy machinery from Singapore and have the contract service. For the service fee, does it need to submit PND. 54 (withholding tax) and PP.36 (VAT return) or not?

Panwa: The company need to submit PP.36 within 7 days of the following month and for PND. 54, there is no need to submit as specified on double tax agreement between Thailand and Singapore.
