Our representative office’s manager has resigned already, and we have a new manager working with us, however we have not yet register for change at DBD/MOC. Thus, for signing of the representative office’s financial statements for 2019, could the new manager sign already?

Panwa: Kindly note that normally the manager/authorized director to sign on the financial statements must be the authorized director /manager also in the company’s affidavit so your company must register for change of the representative office manager first at DBD/MOC (remove the old manager and replace with new manager) before the new manager can sign on the financial statements for 2019.
