I would like have possibility to have work permit when is needed, can we increase capital (2 million). How much the cost?
Panwa: Refer to your inquiry, we have noted that you plan to apply for work permit when it is needed. Thus, for this matter, kindly note that you could either register first for a capital of Baht 100,000 or increase it to be Baht 2 million later (when you already finalized to apply work permit), however our increase capital service fee is different or you could also register directly with a capital of Baht 2 million (instead of Baht 100,000). The government fee will remain the same, in amount of Baht 6,500. Please see the full scope and other required services for the company registration.
