The company is Vat registrant and in case if the company have sale income after closing register the company how to do it?
Panwa: If the company is VAT registrant and in case it has sale income after closing register, we advise not to bring the value of such goods or assets to be included in the calculation of the tax base to pay for VAT and has no right to issue a tax invoice but still has the duty to issue a receipt under section 105 and a delivery note under section 105 quarter of the Revenue Code.
