We hired the person to provide maintenance service at the office which on the contract mentioned it should be finished ending of August 2021. However, there has been some delay on his job and it was just completed on September 14, 2021. We will charge him the job delayed penalty which it will off-set with the maintenance payment, we would like know how to withhold the tax?

Panwa: Please note that the Company settle the office maintenance payment, the Company have duty to withhold the tax at rate 3% from the payment of office maintenance charge.
