The company stop doing business and therefore has no  income and has not notified the termination with the Department of Business Development. For this case, does our company still  have to pay corporate income tax?

Panwa : If the juristic person has not been registered for dissolution to the Department of Business Development, it still has the duty to prepare financial statements, submit forms P.N.D. 50 and P.N.D. 51, together with tax payment (if any) in accordance with Section 68 of the Revenue Code.
