I would like to know about money exchange license in Thailand and what does it means by fully paid-up capital of 1 million Baht?
Panwa: If your company is owned 100% by Thai is fine but if some shares be owned by foreigner or having foreign director you must register withe minimum of Baht 10 million and have to prove for the capital fund at DBD and also nust have license between TAT license or Hotel License.

As you are Thai you can apply Money Exchange License, but before apply for the money exchange license, you have to register the company first under all Thai nationality 100% and you can be the managing director for managing such business and later you can apply for money exchange license and can start business after your company already get the license from Bank of Thailand. We can also assist for both services for register the company and apply for money exchange license.
For the required documents are as below:
1. Company’s documents such as affidavit and shareholder list etc.
2. Company’s address documents; permission letter, rental agreement etc.
