The Company have some service for providing online information and we did not have enough staff to find the raw data, so, we need to hire the research company for such matter but we do not yet have income from such matter. Please confirm us that for the tax invoice bill from the research company, can deduct from the sale VAT or not ?
Panwa: Please note that in the fact, the purchase VAT as mentioned is considered as the purchase VAT that is related directly to Company’s operation, therefore such VAT can be deducted on the VAT calculation.
