The Company would like to process the deduction of withholding tax and filing on behalf of the payer (juristic person) due to the Company have many customers which have many payment ways to Company ( such as internet-banking, mobile-banking etc.) and it creates many problems to the Company for follow up the withholding tax certificate and many customers lack of withholding tax knowledge , please advise.
Panwa: In case the Company need to be the agent of customer for issuing the withholding tax certificate and filing such tax on their behalf, it is subjected as the representative action which the Company have the right to do according to the Civil and Commercial Code section 787, the customer should prepare the written agreement of agent appointment and provide authorization to the Company on their behalf.
