For wind down and TOTAL exit (closing of company), we just need to wind down with DBD. Correct?

Panwa: For total exit/complete closing of company, there are actually 2 steps: which the 1st step is only for closing register at DBD and RD, however for your case, it would only be at DBD as your company did not register VAT at RD. However , for the 2nd step (which is the liquidation step), your company need to audit for closing period (which means that your company must prepare financial statements for closing period and submit it to RD); for this 2nd step, we will also do on your behalf.
