The business of Company is importing animal medical supplies from overseas to sale in local. We have prepared the sales promotion which we will serve the animal feed sample analysis (free of charge) to any client that buy our medical supplies. Our quotation clearly mentioned about this sales promotion but it did not prepare as the contract with both side signature. Please advise this sales promotion expenses can be used as the taxable expenses or not?
