If we want to use a managed office (that is virtual office space) as the registered address for this Representative Office registration, is this a legal arrangement? Could you please advise us  too?

Panwa: Under the law, the office address and the working space must be  in the same area but currently,  virtual office spaces are already recognized worldwide due to it saves cost and easy to manage and actually it will have no problem if in case the company register without VAT registration but in case the company with VAT,  normally the tax officer will random check in the office address and if they found out that the office do not have any staff or  there is no real working space or business on that place, the company also can clarify information to the officer as well.
