The company do business of transportation of frozen products which we will charge them based on the distance and we should control temperature during transporting time with -18 degrees celsius in the frozen truck, then company should be responsible if the products are damaged, as well as company should maintain and clear vehicles and train the drivers to dress and be orderly, follow the customer’s policies. If, we will be deducted the withholding tax at 1% from customer when they pay the fee, is it correct?
Panwa: In case company transport the frozen product with the providing and duties as above, which is to focus with the job success more than transport goods from one place to another place only, such transportation service by the frozen trucks are subjected to VAT. So, the payer (if company or corporate partnership) has duty to deduct the withholding tax at 3%.
