Finally, I’m considering setting up a rep-office under my company in HK. How much is your fee for this service? How long is the process? and do I need to go to Thailand for signing the application forms?

Panwa: For setting up a representative office, our service fee is Baht 50,000, not include the fee for translation of documents which we will charge per page Baht 800 and take time around 7-10 working days after the documents are completed or more than that depend on your supporting document and other important is the representative manager need to come to sign the documents in Thailand only.
