​I don’t know why changing address process takes long time, whereas why in the past I have changed before it takes only a few days.

Panwa: Please note that for changing of address, there are two cases which is changing the address (same area or province) and changing address (different province). Thus, if in case you change address in the same area, you can do the process immediately without advertise in local newspaper but in case you change the company address to another Province, you need to do legal process (advertise in local newspaper and send invitation letter to all shareholders in advance 16 days) before you can registration to change the address, so that why take very long for some cases.
