The announcement that the name of company – partnership will be removed out and terminated from the Register
In accordance with the announcement from the company and partnership Register office, dated February 29, 2024, it has announced the list of companies/partnerships that will be removed out and terminated from the register within 90 days unless the company will provide the reason by issuing clarification letter which Nara Accounting would like to propose the service as following details:
Remark: During year 2024, the register has announced the removal and termination of a total of 8,821 entity names.
Service fee Baht 5,000
Scope
Issue a clarification letter, submit and contact the Registrar at Ministry of Commerce to prevent from removing out and terminating the entity’s name
