I would like to know that in Thailand, they have the requirements for local director or not? Also, is the appointment of a company secretary mandatory? If so, can these be arranged through your services?
Panwa: Please note that appointing a local Thai director is not compulsory — a company may have a sole foreign director. However, certain business types or situations, such as license applications, visa, or work permit processes, may require a local director. In addition, Thailand does not require the registration of a corporate secretary by law. However, if you require secretarial support, we can provide such services on a per-need basis, which can help reduce your ongoing costs.
