Is there any way the company can remove directors, i.e. not using the resignation but forced removal?

Panwa: Kindly note that if your company (internal management) already decided to remove/terminate the 2 directors and before proceeding with the process, we suggest that you must discuss with the 2 directors directly first to officially inform them of their removal from the position and let them sign on a document (maybe a letter or some form of  agreement which your side could also prepare directly) that they agree to be removed as directors of the company. This is to avoid any possible risks for your company, as well as for our side too when we assist you to register for remove them out as directors later.
