During Covid-19 situation I cannot enter Thailand, please advise us if we can set up a company without coming to Thailand or any alternative way to start up the business?
Panwa: Yes, you also still can set up the company without coming to Thailand, by signing the documents outside Thailand but you need to do notary public. If you are unable to do notary public, we also can try to register first. Please contact us for further information.
