Our company received tax purchase invoice from a supplier but our mailing address mentioned on the tax invoice that is not completed (it did not specify the province of our office (Bangkok) but another significant information is correct. Is this tax invoice completed and can be used to claim input vat? Please advise.
Panwa: Yes, it is completed and will be able to use to claim as input vat, in accordance with the tax law if the rest of address that was mentioned on the tax invoice still specify the location of your mailing address clearly. It shall be considered as the tax invoice is already issued completely.
