I will register a trademark under my own Thai company. I notice that on the form they have a specific trademark at 5*5 centimeters. So I would like to know is it possible to register the trademark bigger than the specific size?

Panwa: Normally if your company will apply for Trademark larger size than the standard 5*5 centimeters, it is possible. However, the government fee will be charged additional Baht 200 per 1 centimeter of both width and length of the standard 5*5 centimeters and you have to put the actual size that you require in the additional form instead, not on the main form.
