My company is located in Bangkok and just finished to register for closing the company last month which I acknowledge that there is still the process of liquidation. For such step, can my company register the process at another province in Thailand?
Panwa: No, your company cannot register for the process of liquidation at another province, due to it must follow your company’s address where you registered at the beginning.
