How long to get the approval from the BOI in case we request the BOI directly by our self?
Panwa: Normally the BOI approval timing would be determined by the size of the project as follow:
1. software business for every size or the business not over than 40 million and not have any subject matter of policy, takes time 15 working days
2. not over 80 million, and not have any subject matter of policy, takes time 40 working days
3. not over 200 million, 60 working days
4. 200-750 million or not over 750 million but mostly export takes time 60 working days
5. over 750 million and mostly sale in local takes time 90 days
