If The company in Thailand were to export goods out to other countries, does this constitute VAT?

Panwa: Please note that in the case of  export/sale overseas, it is subjected to VAT 0%. Moreover, The Company must have the supporting documents, such as invoice, etc. related to this export/sale in overseas.
