My company has already registered for closing at DBD but not yet do for the process of liquidation. Recently, we have made a decision again to keep this company and continue the business. For this matter, can we cancel for closing down company that we registered before? As I understood that we have not yet performed the last step, which is the liquidation process. Please let me know if possible.
Panwa: In case your company already registered for closing of company, you cannot cancel such step and you still need to finish with the 2nd step, the process of liquidation. If in case you would like to do the business again, you have to incorporate the new company instead.
