When my company registered with the capital Baht 5.5 million before, I provided the bank certificate to the government one week after the registration. However, currently, when I engaged some provider to assist for increase capital to be Baht 6 million, such provider informed me that I need to provide the bank certificate for such at the same time when increase the capital at the government. Can you explain for this matter?
Panwa: Please note that when you registered your company before with capital Baht 5.5 million capital, the government’s policy for presenting the bank certificate is within 15 days after the incorporation date; this is due to that time, after the company was registered, must open the bank account first, transfer the capital amount to the company’s account, then request for the bank certificate. However, for the step of increase capital, since the company already have the bank account and it would be easy for request the bank certificate, then the government’s policy for such is to present the bank certificate at the same time when the company register for increase the capital.
