The Company produced the brown envelopes for sale as usual and produced follow the client’s orders which print a picture, wording or trademark of client to the sold product that will be delivered to the client, please advise this production for sale is not subjected to withhold the tax?
Panwa: Please note that the Company have produced the products as above which such case isn’t subjected under withhold the tax according to the Revenue Departmental Order No. Tor Por 4/2528 dated 26th September B.E. 2528.
