If we did not pick – up the cheque for Vat refundable within the deadline, the cheque will expire, how could we get the refund then?
Panwa: You need to prepare the petition letter (and submit together with the old documents) to request them to re-issue the cheque; the process of this request approval takes around 1 month and after the officer issues the new cheque, they will call the company to pick-up.
