Under the new system of RD E-filling (New e-Filing), what time can we submit the tax form?

Panwa:  Under the New e-Filing, you can submit the tax form between 6 A.M. to 10. P.M. and you can cancel the tax forms that you submit already before midnight of the date that you submit (only the form that do not need to pay the tax).
