My company applied for customs formalities (paperless) at Customs Department. Until now my company did not have any movement more than 1 year which I am not sure if such paperless license is still active. Can your company help to check?
Panwa: Normally if the company does not have any movement for more than 6 months and the license is not used, the system of Customs Department will automatically block your license immediately. Thus, for your case the paperless cannot be used now and if your company would like to reactive such paperless, it must be unblocked directly on the customs system again. If you would like us to assist for this matter, you need to provide us the following;
- The original and signed copy of passport of director
- A copy of company affidavit & objectives updated within 3 months as signed by authorized director.
