As per I have mentioned that we would like to close our company, since the Covid-19 situation our business cannot work until now and I don’t know when can we start, so, are you also able to act as the liquidator for this? Due to for now I’m not in Thailand and also do not have address in Thailand as well.
Panwa: Kindly note that normally the liquidator appointed is/are also the director(s) of the company and we kindly regret that we also do not have service to act as liquidator on behalf of your company too. Actually you also can be the liquidator too even you don’t have the address in Thailand and also stay in overseas for now.
