What documents do you need from me to proceed with the electricity bill transfer?
Panwa: Please see the documents that needed for this process;
- Copy of your passport
- Electricity bill for the last month
- Purchase agreement under your name
- Power of attorney
- The copy of Thai ID card of the person who will submit the document
After submitting they will change the bill to your name for the next period bill.

Hi I like to transfer electric and water bil my name from last owner I bought condominium last year September until now they saying that I’m foreigner is hard to transfer please let me what is the process
For transfer (change) owner of electric bill, we can serve to transfer the owner name on the bill that we can finish all step with in 2 working days. For the required docuemnt, you have to give us House Registration Book (Tabienban) or Purchase agreement (if your name is not put inside), the last invoice/bill, copy of new owner (you) passport. In detail, my team will send you a list when you agree on our quotaion. Our service fee is Baht 6,000.
But for change water bill, we must contact to your condominium office (juristic person) then we can send you the list of required documents then you can meet the officer at your condominium. So please give us your condominium contact number, it’s free of charge for water bill.
