​The company’s accounting period is ending December, which the AGM is on January 31, 2019 and submission of shareholder’s list to DBD online was on February 2, 2019, however the company informed the incorrect AGM date, which was January 1, 2019. How to do?

Panwa: For this case, the company do not need to send to DBD (to notify about the incorrect AGM date), which the company could edit at DBD online directly for the correct AGM date. The steps for editing at DBD are as:

1. On DBD website, under the “hot service” section, click DBD e-filing and after, it will show the DBD e-filing page, at the bottom part click e-filing of financial statements, then the username and password for company will show. Key -in the company details.

2. After the company is logged in, click the filing financial statements and or shareholder’s list section and after click shareholder’s list on the category, then can edit directly the incorrect information as on shown on the page.

3. After the necessary changes has been made, click save and the new details will be saved.
