​Before the company submit the financial statements to Department of Business Development (DBD), firstly the company’s accountant and auditor must be informed to DBD and later when the financial statement is ready the company must upload the financial statement and its Sor Bor Chor. 3 (submission form). With this our company put the wrong name of the accountant on the form. How to do?

Panwa: For this case, the company must issue a letter (signed by the director) stating that the name of accountant on the form is not correct and submit to DBD, then wait for the approval of DBD (within 3 days). After it is approved, the company can edit directly online the new updated name of the accountant.
