I have 2 land plots which are located in different provinces. Currently, I’m working in Bangkok and not convenient to duplicate by myself. Thus, if I need your help to do land search (check) title deed of such 2 land plots, can you assist? What information we need to provide to you and how long you can finish the process?
Panwa: Yes, we can assist you to duplicate 2 title deeds which we can duplicate via online thus, the documents that you will receive will be printed out in A4 paper size and the size of document will be different from the original size and the land officer will certify on such duplicated title deeds too. For the service of duplicating title deed, it may take 1 working day and you need to provide the information as following;
- Sub-District and the province that the lands are located
- Map sheet numbers, Title deed numbers and Parcel numbers
- Please advise the purpose of duplicating deeds such as used for making loan, used as a supporting document for submission to the court and used to verify ownership
Remark: On theses title deeds that you will receive, the officer will conceal the name of all previous owners and will disclose only the name of the current owner according to the Land Department announcement No. MT.0515.3 / W. 15156, Subject: disclosing or concealing personal information in examining land registration evidence, requesting copies, requesting photocopies of documents.
