My company registered VAT via online before and currently I plan to change the address which I heard that for change of address at the Revenue Department, we need to submit the documents at Revenue Department office only and the tax officer will request for temporary vat document (Phor.Por.01) of the company, however, I noticed that such document is lost from our office. What should I do?

Panwa: For case of document loss related to the Revenue Department, the company have 2 options for such as:

Option 1: If the company registered VAT before by direct paper submission to the RD area, the company must notify the police for such document loss.
Option 2: If the company registered VAT by online before, the company can log-in to the RD system and print out the lost document, which such document can be used directly.
