My friend has a 3-story house in Phuket, and he rented out the 1st floor to operate a pharmacy. Now he is willing to rent out the 2nd and 3rd floors to me as office space for my manufacturing and trading plastic products business. Can I use this address as a company address and register for VAT?

Yes, this address can be use to register as the company’s address for both and also register for VAT but for the manufacturing business when you start operation you must move to manufacturing address or you can register the manufacturing as a branch and your friend house will be the head office.
